1. Drink (mostly) water
Anything you ingest has calories and nothing has less calories than water. So give up that lovely glass of wine after work or your feel good smoothie for a couple of weeks. Water helps you jump start your metabolism. If it’s too blend for you, mix it with lemons or cucumbers.
2. Sweat a lot!
